About

I’m a senior in electrical engineering at Auburn, graduating in December 2026.

Last summer at Conway & Owen, an MEP engineering firm, I built Revit models for lighting and electrical design on commercial buildings, worked alongside the other disciplines, and learned what it takes for a design to hold up to code review.

What I like most is understanding how a system works at a fundamental level, and working out why when it doesn’t behave the way it should. That’s the same thing that pulls me toward cars — most of what I’ve built on my own started as an electrical fault to trace, or something the vehicle was never wired to do.

I’m looking for work in power and building electrical design.

Pavilion lighting & power

Planned and installed lighting and receptacle circuits in the Little Texas Tabernacle fellowship pavilion, working with a six-person crew.

Automotive electronics

Bluetooth audio retrofit

Added phone-controlled audio to a vehicle that shipped without it, integrating with the existing head unit and controls.

Specified and wired a high-current air horn system, including switching, protection, and the compressor circuit.

Slot open for a fourth project. Anything from coursework that shows design and analysis — an LTspice simulation with measured results against it, a PCB, an embedded build, a Revit model — would round out the set. The senior design capstone belongs here too once it exists; start photographing and note-taking on it in week one rather than reconstructing it in April.

What building types, and roughly what size?
Which software did the modelling run in, and what were you producing in it?
Any fixture schedule, panel schedule, or photometric layout you worked on that could be shown or described?
What did you know at the end of August that you didn’t in May?
